Grimaldi's is amazing!! I always get great service and love their simple cheese pizza, also try the caprese!! Teresa the bartender is very nice. :) As for the coals being down, they do that at 3:30.
Came here for Pizza and the coals were not on and it was going to take 45 mins. Went to Cheesecake Factory instead.
