Grimaldi’s has not figured out how to adapt to carry out only. I waited in line for 45 minutes while my pizza got cold. When I finally got inside, it took forever to find my pizza. My salad was warmer than my pizza. You should be calling out customer names as pizzas come out of the oven. You should be served in the order that you ordered, not in the order that you lined up in.
