RecommendedClosest thing to authentic NY thin crust coal oven your going to get in Vegas. Been to the one under the Brooklyn bridge and this is pretty close!!! Great salad and Pizza and dessert!

My daughter and I enjoyed our first time at Grimaldi's, our waitress Lauren was awesome, we will definitely be back.
Yummy as usual, the margherita pizza is the best.

Another outstanding performance by the folks spinning pies! The pizza 🍕 was cooked to perfection, with the proper amount of sauce, cheese,and toppings. Nice one!
