I will never ever ever go back the waitress was ok but the food was absolutely HORRIBLE!!! Food was cold dry and others where just swimming in sauce after waiting for ever just to sit down to nasty food was just crazy next time a customer complains you might want to make sure the cooks don't point and laugh at them while their watching!!!!

I enjoy Applebee's very much. I go there about ever 2 weeks. I really like their French onion soup and double crunch shrimp. Service is good and prompt and everyone is very friendly.
We have been to eat at this establishment several times and have always received exceptional service. Food has been delicious, orders have never been wrong, wait staff very friendly.

We had a really nice waitress. However, my glass with lemonade was cracked and very sharp on the rim with a piece missing. I told the waitress my glass was cracked and would like a new glass of lemonade. My fiancée and I sat there in shock when she brought an empty glass and poured my lemonade from the cracked glass into an empty glass right over the middle of our table! Seriously?
