Customer service is strictly just okay. Ridiculously overpriced even in 2024 and personal opinion I DO NOT love the work. So much to the point I didn’t even finish services. After seeing my feet and experiencing their service I had them stop and remove the tips from the first hand they started. DO NOT recommend
