I have mixed feelings about Grifols. On one hand, it’s nice to have a relatively easy way to make some extra money. Some staff members in particular, Zarana, Apple, Renette, and Rosh are wonderful, and skilled at their job. Every time I’ve had an appt with another staff member I’ve had blood squirting on my clothing, dripping down my arm, it hurt, huge bruise after etc. Some have very poor technique with needle insertion. Not vwry happy. 1st experience here was being poked 2 to 3 times in each arm with no vein found, left without donating. Fast forward 3 months, after a week of healing and 2.5 months to forget, I returned to donate. This time no issues with finding a vein and donating. When I got paid the next day it was 1/3 ($35) of the promised $100 for new donations, aparently their computer systwm counts no donations as donations! I've known completed over 30 donations and still enjoying every experience. The staff continue to be exceptional! Always greeted with a smile from the moment you step in the front door until you leave. I always look forward to coming for my appointments!
