Unfortunately, my experience with this business is disappointing—primarily due to the owner himself. It’s clear he doesn’t understand how to speak to people with respect, whether it’s his employees or the generous individuals who come in to donate. His tone is often rude and dismissive, and there’s a general lack of professionalism that’s hard to ignore. What’s even more concerning is how poorly he treats his staff. I was a life time donor and I came in to donate and the machine messed up and I was promised pay.. I never was paid my $50 dollars.. I called and called and called and no one answered the phone at the front.. Very unprofessional… I do not recommend donating at this center.. Sad how I was treated
