So I don’t know what these folks are talking about with the “staff is rude” “there is no communication” “staff is lazy” “this employee said that and it hurt my feelings or that employee said this and it hurt my feelings” etc….I went in today around noon as a new donor(i used to donate on the Post road Grifols a few years ago), and there were 3 new donors who had just came in ahead of me(they close at 3pm)I saw zero frustration or concern on any of the staffs faces. Got in pretty fast everyone was super friendly. Overall a great experience!!
Management is beyond rude and doesn't communicate at all.
Extremely poor communication amongst the staff on this Sunday. My heart rate was 101, so I had to sit for 15 minutes to get it below 100 I go out to grab a water, and then they tell me that they have to do a retake for leaving the center. I say okay that's fine, I'll just come back in a couple hours. Couple hours past, and then they tell me that for leaving the plasma center I cannot donate. Ehh.... try again Tuesday! Now why the hell did nobody tell me all this before making another trip? Poorly trained, poor communication ... read more
