Rachel was one of the rudest people I have ever been helped by.
This place has a clean environment, they are professional, and when I needed help the staff immediately came to my rescue! Shai and Laka have given me the best experience I can have there. Shai is super sweet. She truly has made me feel safe and comfortable in hands she deserves a raise!
The staff is kind, caring, and wonderful . Shi & Vanessa are the best , along with Madie, Paige. All of them have always been very kind and easy
They totally screw you on referrals. They need to put it on the website that anyone you refer cant come in for the 1st time with you. You apparently have to be an established donor which NOBODY bothered to mention so i would NOT of had my referral donate that day. Also the staff member didn't even bother to put my name for his referral, they just listed "friend". Then the manager i was dealing with completely lied to me last week told me that if my referral came in and corrected my name in his chart that she would honor his ... read more
