Came all the way out here for my appointment. I was on time and when I got here, they told me I couldn’t donate because they didn’t have enough staff and the person that does the Medical and the physicals had to leave for whatever reason and they failed to call people up and let them know. I’m not happy with this place and I won’t be coming back here
After donating here for over a month now I can confidently say this place runs smoothly thanks to its dedicated, kind, and professional staff. Also, do NOT be discouraged by your first visit. Yes the first donation takes the longest because they have to screen you and make sure you’re qualified but after that you will be in and out within 45 minutes. Also one more thing.
