Been coming here for a couple of years and the staff has always been professional
I have been coming to this plasma center since I first started donating,,everyone I've meeting have been so awesome this time around I have meet some more awesome people like HENNESSY,CAROL, ROXY, ANTHONY,DANIEL,and all my good people in the front. I will always recommend this plasma center to anyone.
For some reason one of my reviews was deleted. I have been a loyal donor for over 3 years. Since Grifolds acquired the center, I have donated over 300 times. Corporate has decided that anyone over the age of 69 is not healthy enough to donate. I have presented to the center a letter from my doctor that states there is no reason that I cannot donate. I called to verify what I needed to do to prepare for the plasma donation. The manager neglected to thoroughly inform me that I need to drink plenty of water with very little or no caffeine. Since I was not properly informed, the donation was difficult because I was somewhat dehydrated. After I complained, I was banned, and their complaint department gave me the runaround. Furthermore, they shorted me on the pay, but I complained and that was rectified.
They don't care about losing donations/Customers. I have tried three times to contact them about the 'new' cheap, unreliable BP machines and cuffs, but they refused to let me continue and kept telling me I broke some kind of copy and paste rule (which, I didn't, everything was typed out, fresh!), They are about to lose a lot of donators, because they do not have proper equipment and apparently according to the staff, they have been notified about but do not care- CSL, here I come!
I normally don't speak bad about my experiences at facilities who's goal is to help and give life but this is the exception. In my opion it is a horrible place to go. Incompetent isn't even the word for the staff. First time I went I did a whole detailed Medical Evaluation Filled out all paperwork and donated my plasma. This place needs need or more hands on management. Kiosk dont work so they did it better RIGHT???wrong they now suppose to just scan n go RIGHT???? My favorite center is in Kennewick, wa….. they have the best staff and are always welcoming… they make the experience enjoyable and worth every second of your time!!! I recommend them always !!!
This place has really disappointed me not only did they not give the bonus on eighth donation they didn't inform me of it or the fact the donor fees were lowered from 60 1st donation to 40 and the 2nd from 120 to 80 and I wasn't informed of this either vpl is paying g 75 and 75 no matter what I'm going there or csl to avoid the line of people from Juarez csl plasma never has that problem pretty soon telecris will be paying 40 each visit its inevitable since they paying everyone and they're mom from j town I went on a Fri to... read more
