As usual, Biomat cannot seem to do anything right. Now, they are turning returning donors away because they can't seem to do simple blood tests and blame it on everyone else. This is hands down the worst plasma center I have ever used. I would suggest people avoid them at all costs. It is horrid.
I would recommend going elsewhere, and don't come here to see if I'm wrong because because your only hurting yourself. I have highblood pressure and my pulse varies sometimes and they do know this because of my medication. To today I come to donate and I cannot donate anymore until I get this paper filled out by my doctor which isn't a problem. I am pleased with overall friendliness of most of the employees at the center I wish that there was a faster process for me since I can’t do my questions on the kiosk I have to have them read to me so sometimes people pass me up and I wait longer than I feel I should but the management is working on it I’m very happy with the managers concern and willingness to help me
I love donating plasma at Grifols #7. The staff is just wonderful, makes your donating experience great at all times. There is nothing negative i can say about this place.
The staff are extremely nice and helpful They can be your guidance counselor, your best friend and your translator Mr.Steve is my guy and Tasha is my day 1 I donate to donate to the children of America
