Love coming in here I'm in and out in a short amount of time all of the staff tries there hardest and are much appreciated shout out to just a few Mrs.Paige,Mr.Bobby, And Mrs.Deborah they are all super great
It's incredibly frustrating when it's obvious that employees dislike their job. If the workload is overwhelming, management should consider hiring additional staff. As a customer, it's disheartening to spend hours at a center, have your light finally turn green, and then be ignored while the technician focuses on another task. My appointment was at 10 and I didn’t get stuck until 11:30 while they were short staffed an employee went to break! This plasma center used to be good to come to but just ain’t worth it anymore
Do NOT come here. The reviews are correct. You can tell the workers don’t like their job and don’t respect us donors. Very rude females workers makes you not want to come here and donate. Talking about us and judging us donors who are already having a hard time and need to make a couple of bucks. A needle was yanked out my arm by the mixed female with curly hair because I didn’t feel like talking that day and was being talked about previous visits. It was 5:04 and my boyfriend was told to come back the next day because they don’t accept new patients after 5:00pm. We came back the next day and they told me to leave if I wasn’t donating and then they said his social apparently didn’t match with the one they had in their system.. what sense does that make when you have a birth certificate, social security card AND ID which is absolutely enough proof of identity?! Yall need to get it together! Unprofessional and rude. Wasted time and money coming here!
