The girl at the front sucks at her job. Never anywhere to be found for new donors. I’ve tried to donate as a new donor 3 different times and each time it’s literally taken hours to the point I just got tired of waiting and left before I was even able to donate. Really need to get new employees.
Fast, Hospitable & flex schedule
This is actually my favorite place to donate in Jacksonville. However, something has changed within the past 3-4 weeks. It has been taking significantly longer to get through the process from start to finish. Earlier today as I was on the donor floor i opened the donor hub app and a screen popped up adding me to rate my visit. I like this place is a great place every time i come in i like the energy they all have especially the one that Stuck me today name Alexis she's low-key funny like what she said " im not aggressiv im assertiv " it made me laugh i like all the Staff she just sticks out alot to me
