Terrible management and despite what they say about caring for there patients they absolutely do not. Go anywhere but the casa grande location.
The only complaint i have for this place. Is when you answer yes to certain questions they want details. I have a past like everyone else and a serious mental health condition. Which I disclosed upon the medical examination. Even though it is on file and they can see that. They requested I answer in extreme details of my past while triggered my serious medical condition.
