Customer service is just on point. Seriously. I watched the interactions throughout my donation and could tell they tailor the customer service to the individual, which means I got sassy and I love sassy, but others got laid back etc etc. I felt really taken care of, which is a huge deal, and I felt really informed about my decision to donate plasma. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could. Special shoutout to Tiffany and Jason at check in/intake! They were awesome.
I sign up online and got an appointment and they turned me away because I didn’t have my social security card which I was not told to bring. As a new donor you would think they would have all that information posted when you make an appointment
This is a great place with mostly great employees. However, one screener need to be fired. She's hateful to clients, on something and has figured out how to turn clients away that she doesn't like. When I walk in and she's there I know I'm not going to be able to plas that day and sure enough every single time, I get differed. How can you let this lady work for you. She's not hiding it, it's obvious.
The workers here are all very kind and always willing to answer any questions we might have definitely recommend coming here for donations
