Very frustrated with failed needle extractions! Nothing like preparing to donate with extra water and protein and TIME to drive there out of your schedule only for 2 staff members to both miss your veins and cause trauma to the arms! Very irritate and annoyed!

Grifols Cambridge when i started donating had a 12 donation promo with higher bonuses on the 10th and 12th visit. 120$ and 100$ respectively. On my 9th visit this week i was informed that they have changed that pay structure and now instead of the 120 and 100 i will only be receiving 70 for both and they will not uphold the pay structure i started donating on. I had such a great experience at Grifols, and I especially want to recognize Jhon. He is incredibly kind, friendly, and genuinely cares about the people he’s helping. He always takes the time to check in and make sure I’m feeling okay, which makes a huge difference and helps me feel comfortable every visit. I’ve been to this location several times and one thing that I can say is that they have the best staff. Jhon is so kind and is always attentive to his patients, he makes sure we feel comfortable and safe and at all times and does his absolute best to ensure that all donations concerns are heard. 5/5 will always come back.
