Seemed to be responsive at first. Initially did great work 7-8 months ago. Recently have reached out multiple times by phone and email. Unfortunately no one has gotten back to me in months. Just kind of feel dropped by them.

Updated review: I left a scathing, negative, frustrated review, which I never do. I had felt like I wasn’t receiving timely communication on a time sensitive issue. I was losing sleep over this. I wasn’t even fully a customer- my ex husband was and we were wrapping up our joint tax return.
