Matthew Griffith has failed to perform services which he stated he could perform and for which he is under retainer. This simply included sending correspondence requesting due diligence from a prospective buyer with whom we are under contract. He also has failed to answer communications in a timely manner. I would not recommend services from this Law firm. The lack of communication and failure to perform simple tasks is so blatant that I would consider it malpractice.
Attorney Matt Griffith is a recognized leader in business and real estate law in Central Indiana. I have sent him many referrals over the years. When I follow up with those referrals to see how things are going they consistently let me know Atty. Matt Griffith has exceeded their expectations.
They have bad communication. They will return your call or email days later. They will tell you they can help and than disappear. Donot choose this firm. KEEP YOUR MONEY. Listen THEY ARE HORRIBLE
