Such a fun place for pony rides. Kids 1 and up can go and the ponies go around a little track so it feels like more of a ride than typical pony rides. There are slow, medium and fast ponies, too, based on your kids' age and preference.
Kids love coming here and riding the ponies. Make sure to ask for a slow pony just in case you kiddo does not like a more energetic one. Usually very little lines.
Who doesn't love a pony ride? We went here 2-3x month for 2 years. My son loved the ponies. We have great memories here.
A beloved Griffith Park institution for families in L.A. The ponies may look a little downtrodden, but the place seems to be run safely and efficiently. Younger kids can choose the ponies that are hooked up and led in a tiny circle while older kids (3 and up?) are set off at a walk or trot around a larger ring. They have mule-cart rides, too.
Great idea and price but the horses do not look happy or well maintained.very sad to look at.wish there was more facilities for them.feeding kids could do or pet them to help out.
