From the beginning of our build, Shelley and Ray were amazing. Shelley was very communicative during the entire build, and Ray addressed our issues in a very timely manner. We absolutely love our home. I’ve seen other reviews where people complain about lack of fireplaces or strict HOA rules. These are things that you are made very aware of when you sign your contract, and if it’s not the community for you, it’s best to just walk away. This is a fantastic community and we LOVE it here.
