Never returned our call for service
This was a 5 star review until now. I was a generally happy customer for 23 years. My spouse who managed our account passed away and I need some one beyond a receptionist from Griffith to speak with me. Repeated attempts at requesting a call back have resulted in nothing. I have no idea what the specifics of my contract are. I don't understand the bill. I have questions. Griffith does not seem interested in helping. Ive been hung up on and lied to by their staff. This was a 5 star review until now. I was a generally happy customer for 23 years, they were usually capable people who valued customer loyalty. No more. Things changed as Griffith no longer responds to calls and can't explain why the bill is wrong. F the consumer and talk to the computer. Even though each state regulates the cost of heating oil. Griffith sees fit to charge 90 cents extra per gallon over the cost regulated. Other companies don't charge per gallon if its a large delivery. After days of calling I get no respon... read more
