We are a property management company and one of our tenants reported that the oil heater was not working. I came across Griffith Energy online so I reached out and was able to order oil refill from Lauren of Griffith Energy sales team. She quoted me for 150 gallons at $722 and when it was time to deliver the oil, they called me and said that the oil tank and the pipes were broken and irrepairable. Yesterday Lee Smith serviced my boiler and was excellent. I always ask for him, as he is knowledgeable, efficient, calls ahead and answers any questions I have. My thanks to him.
Not once , not twice but THREE times I was told the oil would be delivered to the home of my sick, poor and 65 year old sister whose house was freezing! I bought a yearly budget program and it STILL HASN’T been delivered. What is WRONG HERE? Everyone I speak with is kind and caring but no oil. This is NOT right Don’t use Griffith *NEWS FLASH*. The company contacted me , described the reason for the errors, apologized PROFUSELY and rectified the situation. ALL good now (now please throw up a prayer for my sister please. ).
They come unannounced or unordered when gas prices are highest then I get a $700 dollar bill, when my usual is $400. This would have been the second time I asked them to not come until I schedule them to. Times are tough and I can’t afford it. The receptionist gave me a hard time and said that’s just what they do. Wouldn’t recommend to be honest, have just had problems with them since moving here 4 years ago. Will be trying to find another company this coming winter. If I don’t have to have Griffith I won’t.
