Highly deceptive practices for the purpose of illicitly appropriating large sums of money are the norm in this business. When I purchased a new home they transferred a Gold Membership contract from a previous home owner to me without my knowledge and consent. Soon after, they scheduled a "courtesy visit" advertised as "free" and later charged me around 400$ because I was a Gold member (which I never elected to be nor knew I was).
