They get 3 stars because my body work was right. A slight issue with my brakes were found. I had an extra job for them in replacing both headlight assemblies. I discovered that the old ones were thrown into my trunk. I’m a little puzzled by that because I bought the new ones, there wasn’t a need in putting the old ones in my trunk. It was a mixed bag on customer service. I got a break on labor for installing the new assemblies. On the flip-side, it kinda felt like extra services were low key being pushed on me.

Tommy Griffith is probably the rudest person I have ever met in the automotive industry- when you ask his advise, and he say he will help you concerning the automotive repair business and he hangs up on you and don’t even let you finish asking his advise; I can only imagine how he treats his family and employees!!!
We have only used Griffith Automotive since it opened for all of our cars and the body shop. They are honest, reliable and only buy good vehicles. We highly recommend them.
