An answer to prayer The Griffith animal hospital showed great concern to the stray dog that we brought in on Dec 1, 2008. When nobody else would take her in, they did. They offered to do the best that they could to keep her alive. She had gotten hit by a car and needed some life threatening surgery. If she survived through it they said that they would adopt her to us. We are very thankful to the staff at the Griffith animal hospital for showing how much they care for the animals in the area. Thanks again!
I originally liked this practice. However, Dr. A have four just for year old 10 vaccines at one time. He has never had that many at one time. He was sick that night and the next day has a seizure. When I called the receptionist did they couldn't see him. Why? He didn't have an appointment. Like I knew this was going to happen . Took him to the ER vet. When I did take back. Dr. A. Could of cared less about him. She had the record rust showered too many shots but told me that wouldn't cause it. Sure it does especially 10. Ref... read more
Very rude staff and asked for a techs name and she slammed the door on me and behind the desk help was just as rude with every question they had asked me after I written down the questions on paperwork.. never again using this location. Their here for a paycheck most you can tell don’t like animals
So disappointed in the rudeness of an employee Alison that was loud ,talking a hundred miles an hour slamming doors and had no sense of common courtesy Repeatedly said what tests I wanted and not but nobody seems to LISTEN !Refused to tell me her name , argumentative and dr Phillips condoned it saying the cat was the customer ??! Well how about you try to have the cat pay your bill ? Horrible experience I won’t go there again , and they don’t care , not surprised. Love this place! Dr. A. knows exactly what she’s doing. My poor little rottie puppy was sick and the entire staff made me feel so much better about his condition. The office girls are wonderful and you can tell that everyone there loves animals. Such a relief to find a vet office where they really care! ♥️
