When I lived there, the maintenance staff was excellent. When I ended the lease this became the worst apartment complex to deal with because of the unethical work practices and I warn anyone who ever considers residing here. They charged me for $300 worth of blinds for the windows when my blinds were in great shape when I left my apartment. Not only did they charge me for this but they didn’t even care to contact me before they contacted collections to collect their debt.
