I've been a resident of Griffis SoCo for 4 years, always paid rent on time and I would not recommend this property or any managed by Griffis Residential to a potential renter. Security? Poor. Gates are regularly broken and mailboxes vandalized to the point that USPS has suspended delivery multiple times. The response? Wait months for repairs and drive to the post office. Packages? I’ve been living at Griffis SoCo for just under three months, and I can confidently say this has been one of the most stressful and disappointing housing experiences I’ve ever had. No vengan a vivir en Griffis soco , solo es apariencia, alto costo de los apartamentos . La piscina casi nunca está con disponibilidad la cierran por cualquier motivo y si no hay motivos lo buscan pero si se les informa de la presencia de insectos dentro de los apartamentos a segun ellos hacen fumigacion pero en vez de terminarse salen cada vez mas , desde el día #1 de estar viviendo alli puedo decir que no hemos tenido una bañera digna y que se ajuste al costo de la renta pedi que visitaran el apartamento para raparar y cam... read more
