I have lived here since 2023; I love the property and amenities. There has recently been an ownership change with new management. There are some frustrations that are different from the old management. The rent portal doesn't work to set up a variable amount of rent for autopay. Instead, it gives an error message when attempting to set a variable amount. I am currently emailing back and forth with staff after stopping by the office. I would like to say all staff that’s in the office is very great workers they make you feel and put a smile on your face. Ingrid, Maribel, and Christmas they are very helpful
The new management sucks. Very difficult to communicate with. Non-caring attitude. Their app is not detailed. No sense of community anymore. Ready to move after being here 2 years. Miss the Griffis company. Very disappointed.
We moved in right before new ownership took over. The move in was awful with the previous company, who we were with in another state for 4 years. When we arrived the unit was in disrepair and nothing was fixed for three weeks. The new ownership took a month to get anything set up and still hasn't communicated with us all the changes (rental portals, policy changes, etc, we still have even recieved access codes to the entries for the gym and walk in areas).
