AC has been out for four days. In August. I've been calling the 'emergency maintenance line' because it's 10pm and 90 degrees in my apartment. No one answers, it just "returns" my call with an automated message that someone will come "as soon as possible." There really doesn't seem to be a legitimate line for an after-hours maintenance emergency. God forbid I had a leak or something. “Bridge” or their so called “management” company couldn’t renovate a paper bag. Pool closed for 3 months, open for less than a week and it’s green. Awful communication about “upgrades” and zero standards. Any good reviews came before the buyout. Cannot wait until this lease is over. Avoid this place at all cost. Google wouldn’t let me upload a picture but rest assured it looks like a swamp.
I have lived here since 2023; I love the property and amenities. But The office is extremely unorganized and does not communicate with their staff for more complicated maintenace issues. While the property does offer renewal credits for lease renewal and has joined affordable housing for next lease period, the lack of communication and organization in the office is beyond frustrating. If I could give it zero stars I would. I have a long list of grievances. The new management company is awful. I have never had an apartment complex need to enter my unit so many times. They are constantly needing access. It’s been like ten times since the new year. They gave us notice at 8:30 the night before that they are coming to replace our windows for 8 hours and to put your pets away.
