They are LIARS. I’m texting with someone, who says they’re a real person, except that their answers are all automated, no one picks up the leasing office phone, there is no way to contact them. This is probably the most frustrating experience in the world, and they think they’re slick, that we won’t notice they’re trying to outsource their customer service to a useless robot
Communication with leasing agent extremely difficult. You leave messages, Voice mails, even text messages several times. No reply. I get missed information every time. I Don't not feel Value, Respected or Acknowledge. They ignore you. Bad service, Nobody follows through.

I recently moved out and have had an extremely difficult time reaching customer support. I have not received my security deposit refund and my repeated inquiries remain unanswered. It is disappointing that communication ceases once a tenant moves out. I will update my review once I get response and get my check.
