Tracy and Justin were absolutely amazing throughout my lease-signing process. Both were thorough with explanations of amenities, friendly, and accommodating on move-in day. Also, the unit is gorgeous. Its upgrades are comparable to a high-scale home. Overall, this has been a great experience.
I strongly advise prospective renters to think twice before signing a lease here. My experience with Griffis Shoreline has been deeply frustrating—both in terms of living quality and management integrity. 1. Unreasonable Move-Out Charges (Unfair Deposit Deductions) Management deducted $135 from my deposit for a "window seal repair." Their own photos only showed minor tape residue left by a previous tenant. It's very nice place. Every thing is easily access able. Rooms and bathrooms are big. All amenities are working properly. This building is situated in heart of the city. All building is very neet and clean. Lift is very fast. High Security sestem. Tracy is very nice lady. She is very very coprative and helpful.
