RecommendedI have lived at Griffis on Parmer Ln for several years now. The staff has always been courteous and quick to meet my needs. Last night my A/C went out in the middle of summer and Mike came out at 11 pm to check it out and set me up with a portable A/C for the night, today Nick came out earlier than expected and fixed everything. Everyone I have dealt with in this complex has always been amazing, understand and engaging Thank you Taryn and Mike for having a wonderful staff, extra Kudos to Nick!

Living here is Fantastic! Splendidly helpful and friendly staff. Plus the ameneties make it feel like I'm on vacation here at my own apartment. <3 it
I would just like to start by saying, these apartments are beautiful inside! We absolutely loved our apartment. However, due to the way this place is run, we barely lasted our full lease term. First, when signing the lease they tell you about the trash and pest fee, however they don’t go in any length over all the additional fees they add. We did not ask enough questions either. I loved this apartment before I even moved here when I saw it online. I immediately reserved it once I had a tour. It's a petite complex comparing to many others which is not very crowded and busy. The exterior and interior are both adorable and like new to me! The management team is helpful. Manager Taryn helps efficiently and extremely friendly. My favorite is the super maintenance team. New to Austin but the team at Griffis Parmer Lane has been a true help in getting us situated and settled. They are very helpful and provide quick responses. The units are spacious and we love the amenities that this property has to offer.
I absolutely LOVE my stay here at Griffis Parmer Lane and the MAIN reason I would have to say would be the Leasing Staff and maintenance crew. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly here. I highly recommended
Excellent costumer service! The office staff is always ready to answer and fulfill resident needs and the maintenance staff is top notch! Ernest and Lian are always speedy quick yet proficient with service requests. Overall I have always been provided with a 5 star service at Griffis- Parmer Lane.
