This is the most mismanaged, disorganized and rude apartment company I have ever lived in. In the year that I lived here I have been called a liar by the head of maintenance, had chemical waste splashed all over my apartment damaging property and causing a health hazard, had rent checks lost and attempts for late charges (luckily I had proof), gone without heating through the winter for several months, and not given a copy of my lease for months after signing.
