Completely unprofessional. They're nice if you go with the flow, but if you question them about anything, even the littlest thing, they will curse at you, insult you, and basically treat you like dirt. Terrible.
-10 I've never experienced such horrible customer service. Bo Puckett cussed at me, yelled, threatened and told me to leave because I questioned the increased charges previously discussed. I've never been treated & insulted the way I was at Griffin Tire on Independence Blvd. Griffin Tire: Bo Puckett is ruining your good reputation

They ordered new wheels and tires for my ride and balanced and aligned for a really great price. Wonderful quality work done by this shop.
