I wish I could give minus five stars. Ryan was rude, dismissive and hung up on me twice. I raised it with his manager, Eric, but received no apology or meaningful acknowledgement. Extremely unprofessional service and complete lack of accountability.
Inefficient and disrespectful. Asked for price per annum via email on a property with an explicit "Do not call." They disregarded my request, called and never supplied the prices.
Very bad Experience. Never advice anyone to deal with this company in the future. They act like professional but very particular to clear your deposit money to make the list of end of lease maintenance. In the last six year, they haven't spent even a single dollar for any maintenance. One of the other money minded real estate people in the market. Think twice to deal with this real estate company.
