I have been a tenant of Griffin properties for over 15 years. The management have been very attentive to any maintenance concerns, yearly lease contracts, upgrades to building lighting and exterior appearance. Jana Mundy is very precise and effective on solving any problems.
This is truly the best management company at any apartments I’ve had. Jana is always very responsive and if there is ever anything I need she’s right on it. Maintenance guys are friendly and there asap as well.
This facility only has one breaker for all of its outlets that’s to cover the DJ any lighting that they want to add any other electrical outlets did they want to use are all on one breaker even the kitchen area as they call it is on the same breaker. Get it together get an electrician out there and get some more power some more plug-ins this is hardly an adequate place to have a DJ or a band
Jana is the best, got an amazing loft downtown for an insane value
