They are friendly, polite, neat and very capable. They give you a price for your approval before beginning including testing and options.
James came back three days in a row to keep checking the salt levels in the house, until they were perfect. Every day he had a smile and was very informative on how he was handling it. Our well water is tough on a system and was very on top of the new issues.
