Better organization and appointment keeping. My appointment was canceled by them due to the weather, and I was told that I would get a call for a reschedule. A week past and I never received one. I kept calling the office and no answers. I called another location and they said that other one was closed. Bad customer service

I’ve been a patient at Griffin orthodontics since I was about 16 years old, and I must say this establishment have the worst customer service. Once I paid my braces off, this establishment basically stop respecting the fact they still have to attend to my teeth. I haven’t had an appointment since August after the orthodontist removed some of my brackets and my wire from my mouth. Now, it’s December and I’m being told I can’t be seen until February. But remind you all, I haven’t had attention to my mouth since August. I’m going to be posting pictures and videos that I’ve been documenting since Dr. Griffin yanked my wires out in August. Yes, I’m saying the orthodontist yanked my wires out my mouth, so hard some of my brackets came out and I decided to start documenting my experiences. It’s ridiculous that so many brackets wasn’t lose or broken when I came to my appointment, but they came out because of the amount force she used. I’m also going to post my Yelp review that’s goes more into details about how I first brought my bad experience to social media, and how Griffin responded to my review, saying how they contacted me to get the issue resolved. A year later, issue still not resolved and the employees are more disrespectful than ever. So disrespectful, I had to make another review on social media because one of Griffin employees, hung up on me for expressing my concerns to her. For not allowing her to “shut me up”, just so she can continue to say, “You can’t have an appointment until February”.

Griffin orthodontics is great. The office is clean and the staff is professional and polite. Scheduling is easy to make and waiting time is no more than 10 minutes. I am very glad my son is a patient with Griffin Orthodontics. I recommend anyone who needs braces please check them out. I was at the location on western avenue.
