I would like to respectfully suggest having restroom access available for visitors who are visiting family members, loved ones, or friends. For people with overactive bladder conditions or other medical needs, it can become nearly impossible to comfortably spend time visiting if there is no restroom available for visitors nearby. I believe providing visitor restroom access would make visits much easier and more compassionate for many people and families.

I was here in 2017. The facility is old, underfunded and run down. They just let patients scream all night up and down the halls. The worst part though is I went in there for "manic psychosis" while taking effexor that was prescribed for post partum depression. They maxed my dose of Effexor and released me after 5 days. They completely missed the fact that I was having seratonin syndrome. The only reason I didnt die is because I took myself off the medication which was a horrible withdrawl btw. 0/10 do not recommend.

I don't know if it's possible for this place to get any worse. I have called for my husband many times as well as his parents both calling. My husband had signed a paper saying they can tell me stuff. His father has a heart disorder than it unsure if it is passed down to him or not yet. He called me telling me his chest hurt and saying they won't take him to a hospital even while on the phone asking them to. Taken against my will by Cleveland County. Forced meds I don't take by staff. Forced to room with known violent/touching person. None bedside manner by doctor. 2 out 10 people showed true caring, the rest were on a power trip. DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONE THERE!
