The people are friendly, but just because my truck says heavy duty on the side the labor rate goes up from $80 /hr to $115/hr. The parts they replaced would have been the same on any half or three-quarter ton truck there even if they don't say heavy duty. When the invoice came in from service one invoice sheets at $345 at the bottom for a total that amount was crossed out and changed to $488 and then I ended up paying a total of $518 a little different from the price of $438 that I was quoted.
Awesome car buying experience which is very hard to find - kudos to Pete and CJ for making me feel welcome and appreciated on a rainy Saturday afternoon. I tend to keep my vehicles a long time but I know where I will look first when I'm ready to switch again <3 BTW - I've named her Ruby :-)
After months of shopping around all over the state, I ended up buying my Jeep Grand Cherokee from Havill. Chris and Tammy were great. Most communication was done via email, then we took a short drive to Jefferson and had a number of quality vehicles to choose from. Very happy with my choice and the service provided by the Havill team.
