We live in Colorado, and found a Dodge 3500 manual transmission at this dealership. Spoke with Ashley in sales who helped us tie this truck up long enough for us to catch a flight to Wisconsin. Ashley provided transportation from the airport so we didn’t have to worry about a rental or Uber and was so friendly and helpful. Stayed late for us since our flight didn’t get in until 6:15 and made the process super fast so we could start our 17 hour journey home. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone iv beed give wrong info and having to take my new truck to outside sources to be fixed put on right and salter to be warranted already and I only used it once those on plow cut bbn first time out to lights being put on backwards and the list goes on
Vehicle was towed in (by Mopar, through Chrysler, we did not get a choice of where to take it), took 6 hours to get looked at, and then fixed, one flat tire. Called in three times, kept being told they would hope it was looked at soon. Could not tell me if it would get done that day or not, if we could get a loaner if it wasn't, etc. Called before taking their survey and reviewing per invoice request.
