Totally disappointed in their lack of understanding the correct pricing of a C-PAP machine. The staff at GHC could not tell my husband the contractual amount that was allotted by our insurance company Anthem Advantage. My husband repeatedly asked them to turn in the RX to A- BCBS to find out what our cost would be. They refused saying it would obligate him to purchase the machine. But yet our insurance company said an inquiry from HHC- was just that. No obligation. We just wanted to know our 20% to pay.OH and we were expecte... read more
Griffin Homecare has always been very helpful with my CPAP machine and supplies.
Courtney at Griffin Home Care has helped me so much answering all my questions and concerns as I transition to being Oxygen dependent. Very very informative and helpful and always greets me with a smile. They all have been helpful.
They are the absolute worst. I will never use them again. If I could give them a zero, I would.
