My mom had a large storm glass and when it was taking off to clean the house window the frame around the storm window came off. The rubber around the window was worn out. Called Griffin Glass to see if they could fix it. They told me to bring it to them to see if they could fix it. They did it while I waited for it. They were so nice & helpful and will most definitely use them again. Thank you for the help!
