Ive have been doing business with Griffin Ford servie department 8 plus years. Purchased my new Escapr feom them last year. . Kevin and everyone in the service department are professional, courteous and go above and beyond in their work and attitude. I only trust and use Griffin Ford service Department
Gotta give Griffin Ford service dept huge props. Broke down last night near Tifton, GA and had my truck towed there after hours. They called this morning, and even through a busy work load on their diesel mechanics, they worked me in, closed my account over the phone, and some friends brought my truck down to Florida for me today.
I always get great service and the people are also great
