I’ve always received great care. Staff, nurses & doctors listen and take action, if necessary. An excellent choice when an ER isn’t available.
The actual medical staff is awesome- but 2 stars, because the office staff is totally rude, treats you bad when you have an issue with prior authorizations, always wants to pass your questions off to someone else, get a DISPICABLE ATTITUDE when you ask for clarification, don't handle medical records appropriately, or bill your insurance appropriately- im a veteran with military insurance and they've over billed me many times, and I've gotten checks in the mail 6 months later for $100 because they over billed me that amount. ... read more
