Tuesday 7:57am door was unlocked into vestibule area, I noticed at the next door the girl was waving me in. I’m now with the receptionist and it’s not even 8, once intake was done, insurance cards copied and information verified I took a seat. Minutes later I was called back, weight, oxygen level, blood pressure taken. Another nurse came in escorted me to room and verified I wanted flu and pneumonia test, and also I wanted the steroid shot. I agreed. She went got the swab and said 15 minutes for results. Thankfully, at my age my health is still good. I mainly go in to get my blood pressure medicine refilled. I was treated my the NP Michelle. She was very professional and through. Did couple of xtra tests on me with my blood work. Thankfully, all were positive results. If I have a concern it is the waiting time. Once seen takes about 20 minutes; but, having to wait hour and a half to two hours should be improve.
Received a covid and flu swab, after I told them up front i did not want to do that and it cost me 75.00. Why ask me up front if you are going to do it anyway.
Dr. Hess along with most of the people in this office are INCREDIBLE You are not just another number in the system to Dr.Hess. He genuinely cares for you and your health. He is easy to talk to, and trust…which is extremely rare these days with doctor unfortunately. The wait time is always crazy, and it’s expensive but I’ll pay and wait here over going anywhere else just because of the level of care. Thank you to Dr. Hess and the whole team for helping me.
