I was going to Shelton office for years but switched to Quarry office for convenience of travel. I don’t like the fact that their call backs are not very good. Last time I was sick they called back days later and didn’t answer my message through patient portal. Very unacceptable. Today I have called twice and still no answer call back. I only call when I’m sick. Very frustrating. I know doctor offices are busy but when a patient of the office calls, you expect a call back.
Would not recommend. Wait times are insane because the doctor is talking to people in the waiting room. Then you get charged a bill because it’s coded wrong and they refuse to fix it. I will never recommend griffin to anyone.Shout out to Erika at the griffin Oxford office for leaving me on hold to leave the office for the day and leave it for another nurse to pick up. Very professional

I just started going here and so far, everyone there has been exceptional, great waiting area, short wait time, beautiful office and the providers take their time to speak to you and hear you out. There is an in office blood drawing there. It shares a building with other Griffin specialities and other specialists, so you don't have to go far. The area itself is around exceptional places to shop and eat.
I had an absolutely amazing experience today at Griffin Health in Oxford, Connecticut, and I want to give the highest praise to PT Hannah, Susan Tracy who performed my ultrasound, and the wonderful team of nurses. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with such kindness, care, and professionalism. PT Hannah was incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel completely at ease during my visit.
