Absolute joke . Amazed this place is still running. Can't even draw blood correctly, called my phone to turn around for a redo on my child. Seriously? That's pathetic. Does this place just drive around and tell strangers to hop in saying "guess what!! you got the job"?

I was going to Shelton office for years but switched to Quarry office for convenience of travel. I don’t like the fact that their call backs are not very good. Last time I was sick they called back days later and didn’t answer my message through patient portal. Very unacceptable. Today I have called twice and still no answer call back. I only call when I’m sick. Very frustrating. I know doctor offices are busy but when a patient of the office calls, you expect a call back.
Would not recommend. Wait times are insane because the doctor is talking to people in the waiting room. Then you get charged a bill because it’s coded wrong and they refuse to fix it. I will never recommend griffin to anyone.Shout out to Erika at the griffin Oxford office for leaving me on hold to leave the office for the day and leave it for another nurse to pick up. Very professional
