Robert Johnson was able to come out on short notice to assess a foundation for a second story. I was told the inspection would take a couple of hours and would give us a definitive answer on what would be required to get the foundation in shape of a second story. Bob Johnson arrived late, took a look around, and left early, telling us the exact same thing that the home inspector did (that it MIGHT be a problem).
