I took my wedding dress there to be dry cleaned and they lost the back piece of my dress and almost ruined my wedding.
Dropped off tablecloths nearly 2 weeks ago at One Stop on University. They were sent to the plant. When I tried to pick them up, no one could find them. Drive to Skyland. Neither clerk could find them. After looking again, they were found, but they did not want to give them to me Bc they lost the ticket and couldn’t verify that they were my table cloths. So disappointed in the lack of professionalism and failure to right the wrong.
This place just keeps giving me the run around they can’t find my bed skirt & they won’t actually do what they tell me they’ll do I’ll never get my bed skirt or get refunded for anything I’ll never go here again I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone I’ve been dealing with them for 5 weeks worst dry cleaners ever.
