My mother was a patient of his before and after her open heart surgery (performed by another surgeon in the hospital, who was lovely), and the way she was talked to by Dr. Bicking was unacceptable. She had a blockage in her neck, to which he refused to help or even try to reassure her on, because, in his own words, he wasn’t sure what she wanted him to do. His bedside manner is atrocious. Good at his job but a jerk
Dr Bicking and his staff are wonderful. I have both his PA’s and Dr. Bicking looking after my test results and care plan. I have artery disease and Dr. Bicking just did my right carotid artery surgery and the procedure was done at Baptist Health Hospital and I stayed 24 hours on 3rd floor wing C and the nurses were professional and caring. Dr. Bicking will be doing my left carotid artery surgery in a month and I know I will be in good hands.
Best doctor in Paducah wish he was a general practitioner the very best vascular doctor I've ever seen and I've seen a lot I have vascular problems since birth and now heart and veins problems and he's a excellent doctor
I have encountered several really good people in this office. They were knowledgeable and answered questions would recommend to anyone needing vascular care or any type!
