Care at Griffin is sadly lacking and getting worse. I have been having trouble breathing for a while now and my last appointment she gave me a cough/allergy medicine and 5 days later I was taken by ambulance to hospital with pneumonia and COVID-19! DR. Amy talks sympathetic but I never get the care. I've been through at least 2 NPs and the Amy and still feel like I'm not being listened to. Looking for another PCP ASAP!
Received a short examination for a complex issue I was having. Couldn't see the Dr so I had to see one of the NP. Staff was very helpful and nice. After leaving I called to ask for light duty excuse for work. My job was aware I needed one due to my injury but needed a formal one from the Dr for paperwork. I was refused a light duty excuse by an office employee Was not given a reason why even though it was obvious I couldn't lift anything heavy. She then called me rude for calling and hung up.
All I can say is I love her. She listens and takes the appropriate amount of time with her patients. She never rushes and she listens and cares about her patients. I'm not just a number to her.
She's awesome. So glad I found her.
I am 55 years old and have lived in California and Texas, never had a dr. this considerate. She was pleasant and very detailed.
It has always been great! Great staff who really care. I would recommend them to anyone.
I have been going to her for about 10 years. She has always taken time to listen to me and is ready to help me with my medical needs. I have trust in her. If she can't help she refers me to a doctor who can help.
Dr, Amy is awesome. She genuinely cares about her patients and is one of the best GPs i have ever been to. It is getting harder and harder to get in to see her without long waits so i do see her Nurse Practitioners on occasion. Problem is they too are getting harder and harder to see without waiting a few days. Having to opt for Urgent care when running fever which i don't care for.
We wanted to see dr.griffin but had to see a nurse practitioner who was rude. They also told us that my husband had hep c and then after another test they said he didn't it was very tramatic for my entire family.we we emotionally distressed.I refuse to go back.the flabotomist was not capable of taking blood with out rolling his vein and he ended up with painful bruising. I will never go back.
