They are showing office is open but they are not responding my calls, voicemail and my online requests/inquires. So I am quite disappointed.
I had a warranty issue with my Actron unit, called and spoke to Kayla who was great and had technicians at my house 2 days later. Justin & Ryan were able to fix the issue for us and were very polite. Great customer service.
The team were highly responsive from the initial enquiry and great on price and product. The install was conducted by a team of polite and well mannered guys who were respectful of our home and despite being told there was no need continued to take their shoes off each time that entered the house. The unit is fantastic and they cleaned up afterwards leaving no trace other than a cool house for the summer ahead. Absolute 5 star service and company.
Very good service; flexible, courteous and informative. Not very often do you find professionals that keep you in the loop.
