I cannot say enough great things about the staff in the office! They go above and beyond to make sure I have refills and they work to resolve any issues that come up. Barb, for one, routinely returns my calls in a timely manner and is probably one of the nicest ladies around! Doctor Griff has certainly picked great people to handle the office. Well done and thank you!

This has to be the worst psychiatrist on the planet. I went to her because she took my insurance. She kept making drastic changes to my medication I became much, much worse than I was when I started. She has no compassion for her patients. She actually mocked me when I was at the lowest of all lows. I started going to another psychiatrist (no insurance) and was better in a matter of weeks with the right medication. I would not recommend this woman to anyone.

I have been with Dr. Griff for several years now and have always loved her, however, her previous employee was awful. The new staff has completely changed the office dynamic. They are so sweet and take care of your every need! Again, Dr. Griff is amazing. She truly cares about each and every one of her patients??

I have been going to see Dr Griff for over 10 years! Before the new staff I could never get a phone call back or appointment. Things have changed and it is a pleasure to have the new staff. They are all great!

Dr. Griff is a good psychiatrist. I came to her maxed out on multiple medications and she has successfully tampered me down and switched to medications that work. The reception desk is awesome, always answers adn returns calls and rescheduling is a breeze.

Dr Griff might be okay but her receptionist doesn’t answer the phone, return calls, give messages to the Dr or approach patients with any type of respect. During a difficult time, my daughter needed to see the doctor to address heightened needs and a potential Med change and the RECEPTIONIST refused to schedule her an appointment because she wasn’t in the meds long enough. Embodiment of a true Doctor: Run in circles for a decade+ like me, unless you find Dr. Nancy S. Griff, M.D. This is one of the rare real ones, and I've been around town a time or two. Phew. - Signed: Patient for many years...I got a tattoo artist for life, and Dr. Nancy S. Griff, M.D. is my PCP for life. Health is of similar importance to permanently marking your body; take it seriously and participate. She works with you, not for you. Thanks Doc!

The office staff never returns phone calls nor answer the phone. Leave constant messages and no call back. She is also rude and lacks professionalism. Medication is prescribed and then when you need her most gone. I have never seen such an environment. It is a discount store for psychiatry. If you want a messy and sloppy place to go this is the place for you.
