Dr. Greig recently performed a below knee amputation on me and although I never would have wanted to use his services, I’m so happy to have had him as my surgeon. Dr Greig was very patient with my wife and I and answered every question we had to allay any fears and concerns about this life changing surgery. He’s in the OR several days (and evenings) during the week saving lives, so I don’t begrudge his short office hours. One star for terrible service with receptionist. First time I tried calling for a appointment we somehow were disconnected right at 4pm and when I tried calling back I got no answer and just the recording. Pretty sure she had just hung up on me and turned the phones off since it was clock out time. Few days later finally got a appointment but not for another two weeks at 1pm... two weeks later I show up before 1pm to find out the doctor has already left for the day and the receptionist told me my appointment was for 1145. I am no patient, but I have patience and I can honestly say this office has no manners over the phone, I spoke with a receptionist and kindly asked for a report to be faxed to us for a patient (that we referred to them) that was seen back in JULY, it is NOVEMBER right now...with attitude she claims that "we got your requests, but I can't send you anything because the doctor has patient's chart"...really??!
