Ha! Called them inquiring about a 2025 Acura TLX Type S. Laughably, with a straight face, was told they’d be charging a $10,000 markup. … in 2025. No other dealership in the area charges a markup. Let alone on an Acura. Let alone in 2025.
Purchased a 2025 bmw out right. We showed up near closing time and they had us sign papers etc. never gave us a bill of sale or any paper work showing we own the car. The sales man said we would get an email the next day with more papers to sign and all the paperwork. The check was cashed days later. A month later still absolutely nothing. No paperwork.
