These guys are funny. I find a car on the web site and email about it. A few minutes later, I get an email from a "BDC Manager". Sorry the car is sold. "Why don't you take sold cars off the web site", I asked. "It takes a few days", says Mr. BDC manager. Adrian was incredible to work with told him our bottom line did not want to play chicken and lets make a deal , got the car i wanted even though they didnt have it in stock , they did what needed to be done to fund what i wanted even. 5 star staff and salespeople.
I just want to say that I applied online for it, and I was approved. I called and spoke with Spanish lady, and she texted me saying that I wasn't approved, I asked why, that that was weird, and she never reply back. now I found out that it was sold. Very disappointing with this dealership and customer service.
This was a pleasurable experience from the moment we entered the building. Our sales person, Craig Boudreau, was not only friendly, but extremely knowledgeable. The experience was only solidified after being introduced to Devin in finance. He walked us through all options available in a clear and concise manner. In closing the team provided best in class customer experience.
What happened to complementary car washes ? My car had over 2k worth of work done and was not even given a quick outside hose down. I also noticed a few days later my Burberry sunglasses were missing from my vehicle.
