Bought my 2020 Infiniti Q50 from Greico Acura in August of 2023. Car had a minor bumper issue I questioned and was told by the salesman that it has a clean carfax no accidents. Told me it looked like someone bottomed out and the bumper popped out. I finally took it to a body shop in June of 2024 and the owner of the shop said after taking off the front bumper that he could see the damage caused by a significant front end collision. will NEVER EVER do business with Grieco Acura. Bought a extended warranty for our RDX. after a month we decided to do a trade-in to another dealer. After we did, we went down there to cancel the warranty did the paperwork and then we were all set. Called the company to check the status of the request and guess what? The dealer hasn't done anything yet. The warranty still active and we don't own that car anymore. Call the dealer to speak with the manager and they told me he or she is with a costumer. Car shopping is one of my least favorite things to do. With that said Josh Castro made the process easy. He was not pushy and listened to what I had to say and took it all into consideration. Andrew Correia in the finance office also made the process seamless and easy. Neither of them wasted my time and they actually made the purchasing process so easy for me. I highly recommend Grieco Acura and will definitely be back. This was the best car purchase experience I’ve had this far.
