I bought a brand new Acura adx from them and the first day I drive the car home I get lane keeping assist and collision mitigation sensor malfunctions on the dash. I bring it to the attention of the dealer and rather than examining the car and performing a diagnostic they inform me that this is standard and happens to all models. That was incorrect. Absolutely useless. Worst customer service ever. Would not recommend buying from here.
While the sales person and finance manager were friendly and easy to work with, my overall experience with buying a used vehicle here wasn't good. I was given a trade in value that was substantially less than it should've been There was an issue getting the registration transfered that was resolved by putting me in a loaner for a few days, still a major inconvenience.
